Alpha Oil & Gas (M) Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia-based engineering and fabrication company providing reliable and high-quality services to the oil & gas, marine, and industrial sectors. Established in 2023, the company specializes in metal work fabrication, structural and piping works, steel structure fabrication, and on-site repair services, delivering solutions that meet demanding industry standards.

Our fabrication facility is equipped with 50-tonne overhead cranes and advanced machinery, including MIG, TIG, and SMAW welding systems, plasma cutting, sand blasting, and spray painting facilities. This enables us to handle complex projects, large structural components, and high-precision manufacturing with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Strategic Location & Logistics Advantage:
    Located within the Tanjung Langsat Industrial Complex, supporting projects that require port and shipping facilities for efficient logistics.
  • Structural & Component Fabrication:
    Fabrication of large structures up to L 150 m × W 14 m × H 16 m with a combined load capacity of 15 tonnes.
  • Optimised Factory Layout & Load Capacity:
    High working bay with a maximum crane hook height of 16 m, heavy-duty floor loading capacity, sheltered fabrication length of 72 m with extension capability up to 96 m.
  • Manufacturing of High-Precision Parts & Tools:
    Precision fabrication of custom parts and tooling to meet strict tolerance and quality standards.
  • Fabrication of Intricate Machine Structures (MS & SS):
    Complex mechanical and machine structures fabricated using Mild Steel and Stainless Steel.
  • Construction of Large Mechanical Structures:
    Factory layout designed for fabrication of centrifugal blowers, building frameworks, space frames, sign boards, roofing trusses, tanks, and other large assemblies.
  • On-Site Repair, Maintenance & Refurbishment Services:
    On-site repair works and local refurbishment of heavy equipment.
  • Skilled & Certified Workforce:
    Technically competent and certified welders, fitters, engineers, QA/QC personnel, safety officers, project managers, and management team.
  • Specialised Metal Work Fabrication Facility:
    Purpose-built workshop equipped with 50-tonne overhead cranes.
